Founder Yvon Calestagne, began working in the automated coin industry in the early 1970’s.  Machines were very costly, much less reliable and performant than today’s models. Bill counters were introduced several years later and again, were very expensive and did much less than bill counters do today for a fraction of the price. 

Remaining steadfast to the needs of clients and the industry, Enterprise Yvon spun off from its flagship company in 1996 to become a 100% Canadian family business and was taken over by Yvon’s son, Andrew. Having years of knowledge in the areas of security in the banking/armoured car industry, automated banking industry and business in general, Andrew was the perfect candidate to carry on the business while taking it into the 21st century.

New services were added in the areas of the new competencies mainly supplying a turnkey approach supplied to our clients to assist them in the highest standard of security and performance in processing and keeping their money safe.
